📸 IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE UPLOADING YOUR PET'S PHOTO!

YOUR FINISHED DESIGN IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE PHOTO YOU SEND US!

We use YOUR submitted photo to create your custom sweatshirt. We cannot magically recreate parts of your pet that aren't visible in the original picture.

FOR THE BEST RESULTS:

✅ Submit a clear, bright, high-quality photo.

✅ Your pet should be sitting or standing, preferably facing the camera.

✅ Make sure your pet's face, ears, and body are clearly visible.

✅ Choose a photo where your pet is the main focus, not far away in the background.

✅ Photos taken at your pet's eye level generally work best.

PLEASE AVOID:

❌ Photos of your pet curled up, lying down, or sleeping if you want a sitting or standing design.

❌ Photos where your pet's legs, paws, ears, or body are hidden or cut off.

❌ Dark, blurry, grainy, or heavily filtered photos.

❌ Photos taken from far away where your pet appears tiny.

❌ Photos where furniture, blankets, or other objects cover your pet.

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT!

We work with the photo YOU provide!

If your pet is lying down in your submitted photo, we cannot guarantee a standing or sitting version. If we can't see their paws, legs, or body, we cannot accurately recreate those details.

The examples shown are created using photos where the animals are clearly visible.

Please do not expect your finished design to look exactly like an example if your submitted photo shows a completely different pose or angle.

We will do our best to create a beautiful design, but the quality, pose, and visible details of your pet in the finished artwork depend on the photo you upload.

When in doubt, choose a clear, front-facing photo with as much of your pet visible as possible!
