Return Policy

We get it, things don't always work out!  We're here to help get it right!  Please carefully review our Return or Exchange Policy and Instructions before sending your items back.

We are no responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse. Any problems from via USPS or UPS must be addressed with them directly and claimed filed with them. 

Exchange

Please note that an exchange is only for the exact same item in a different size.  BE AWARE THAT OUR ITEMS OFTEN SELL OUT VERY QUICKLY!

  • Exchange must be within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item you are returning must meet all of the guidelines below.
  • Please place a new order for the correct size of the exact item.
  • Ship your return back to us including your new order number for the exchange inside your return, and we will process a full refund to your credit card.
  • If we are currently sold out of the size you need, we are unable to process as exchange and you should refer to the Return Instructions below.
Returns
  • All basics, Leggings, Accessories, Beanies, Bras, and Sale Items are not eligible for return or exchange.  No exceptions.
  • Returns will be credited with an electronic gift card only for the original purchase price, refunded to original form of payment can happen with a written request on the invoice that is returned inside your return package.  If this is not done the amount will be automatically returned as store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS, emails or DMs will not be accepted for payment return requests.  
  • The term "final sale" means an item can not be returned or exchanged. These are items that are on sale and/or a discount code of any amount was used on the product.  Rather that be a code or an auto discount. 
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the merchandise delivery date.
  • Unworn, Unwashed, Unaltered items may be returned as long as the tags are still attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box and shipped back in an exterior, protective shipping package.
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached received beyond 30 days of the order received or that a Final Sale, they will not be accepted, and will be shipped back to you.  We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 15 days.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party.
  • Our cost of shipping will be deducted from your original amount on any return that was made with a free shipping option. Your store credit given for a return will be store credit = (original amount minus our cost to ship.) 

Shipping back you order:

We do not provide free return shipping, you can purchase Re:do for 1.98 at checkout which provides you a return label at no additional cost. 

  • Please utilize the resealable mailer bag for clothing or original box for shoes when possible
  • Please ship returns to: 412 W 11th St., Rochester, IN 46975
  • We don't require a Return Authorization, but please include the original packing slip inside your return, or you can print off your order confirmation email to place inside.
  • We are not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
  • All return will be processed within 3-5 business days after your receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit gift card once we have processed it.

If you bought Re:do unlimted retrun on your order: Items available for return are those that are eligible for return via our return policy.

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately.
  • If you  believe you have received a DEFECTIVE item, you must contact us within 3 days at shopbroochboutique@gmail.com so we may address the issue.
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed tags, washed it or worn it.
  • We inspect every single item that comes through our store to try to avoid such issues whenever possible.

We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns.  Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern placement of colors.
